From Burnout to Balance:
My Journey to Wellness
As a certified Health & Wellness Coach and Pilates Instructor, I help women navigate the unique health journey of midlife with strength, clarity, and balance. But this has not always been the case….
After 18 years in the corporate world, constant stress and the pressure of balancing work, motherhood, and daily life led to burnout, illness, and emotional exhaustion. This wake-up call sparked a personal journey toward health and wellness.
By learning to prioritize self-care and balance, she experienced a profound transformation—gaining clarity, purpose, and renewed energy. Through this process, she came to understand the unique challenges women face in midlife and became passionate about helping others achieve the same sense of wellbeing and vitality.
From Healing to Helping Others Thrive
My journey of healing and rediscovery led me to explore the deep connection between movement and overall wellbeing. This passion inspired me to become a certified Pilates Instructor and Health and Wellness Coach. Pilates rebuilt my strength and restored the energy and mind-body connection I had lost, while coaching taught me the power of aligning with core values and practicing intentional self-care.
The transformation I experienced—rooted in mindset, movement, and meaningful change—has become the foundation of the work I now share with others, helping them build strength, balance, and lasting wellbeing.
